You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your User Name and Password for a subscription at the rates then in effect when the charges were incurred. We will bill all charges to your credit card or we will mail you an invoice (where this option is offered). Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal. Fees for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; annual subscription refunds will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of your subscription. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance.
If you do not already have a print subscription to Education Week, your subscription will renew automatically unless we terminate it or you notify Customer Service by telephone (800-445-8250) or e-mail ([email protected]) of your decision to terminate your subscription. If your subscription is annual, you will receive a reminder of your renewal at least 30 days before billing takes place. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term.
If you want to use a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, please contact Customer Service at 800-445-8250 or [email protected].
To use certain features of this website, you will need a user name and password, which you will receive through this website’s registration process.
